Hoisin Pineapple Tofu




Here’s dinner - simple, quick, and full of Asian flavours. To make the sauce, combine the hoisin sauce, Smucker’s® Pure Pineapple Jam and ketchup in heavy skillet. Add browned tofu cubes and sauté. Pineapple’s sweet, tropical flavour mingles with hoisin’s distinctly salty savoriness. Top with green onions and serve over rice noodles or brown rice.
