Baked Mac’n Cheese Sundaes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Smucker’s® Sundae Syrup™ Caramel Flavoured Syrup
  • 2 cups (500 mL) crispy chow mein noodles
  • ¼ cup (50 mL) graham cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Place ½ cup (125 mL) of ice cream in each of 4 (6 oz / 175 mL) ramekins.
  2. Drizzle ice cream with ½ of syrup.
  3. Break the chow mein noodles into small macaroni-size pieces.
  4. Mix remaining syrup with chow mein noodles.
  5. Place chow mein noodles on top of ice cream and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Serve.

Tips

  1. For easier handling, remove ice cream from freezer 5 minutes prior to using.
