Mini Hot Dog Sundaes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (125 mL) chocolate ice cream
  • 8 lady finger cookies (7 g each)
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) shredded coconut, toasted
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Smucker’s® Sundae Syrup™ Strawberry Flavoured Syrup
  • Sliced black and red licorice (optional)
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) whipped cream (optional)

Directions

  1. Shape ice cream into 8 mini hot dogs and place in lady fingers.
  2. Garnish with coconut, syrup and optional remaining toppings.

Tips

  1. Form ice cream into hot dog shapes and freeze covered on a parchment lined baking sheet. Assemble when ready to decorate.
