All Purpose Sweet & Sour Sauce

This versatile sauce can be made in just 5 minutes. Serve with meatballs, shrimp, chicken, pork or in vegetable stir-fries.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes

Makes: about 1 1/4 cups (300 mL)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (125 mL) Smucker's® Strawberry Jelly or Apricot Jam
2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
2-3 tsp (10-15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup (125 mL) wine vinegar

Directions:

1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve hot with roast beef, lamb, pork or poultry.
