Blueberry Frosty

What’s more refreshing than a frozen drink? Delight your family this summer with a refreshing blueberry lemon-lime frosty.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Makes: 2 servings (Each serving contains 274 calories, 5.6g fat, 3.6g saturated fat, 48.6g carb, 0g dietary fibre)

Ingredients:

1 cup (250 mL) skim milk
1 cup (250 mL) sugar-free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/2 cup (125 mL) Smucker's® No Sugar Added Wild Blueberry Spread
1 cup (250 mL) diet sugar-free lemon-lime soda
Mint leaves to garnish, optional

Directions:

1. In a blender, combine blueberry spread with all ingredients except mint. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with mint if desired.
