1 cup (250 mL) skim milk1 cup (250 mL) sugar-free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt1/2 cup (125 mL) Smucker's® No Sugar Added Wild Blueberry Spread1 cup (250 mL) diet sugar-free lemon-lime soda Mint leaves to garnish, optional
1. In a blender, combine blueberry spread with all ingredients except mint. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with mint if desired.
I aslo add 1 tsp. protein powder.
