A quick and easy fall dessert.
1 box (510g) Golden Cake Mix2/3 cup (150mL) Robin Hood® Quick Oats2/3 cup (150mL) chopped toasted pecans2 tsp (10mL) cinnamon1/2 cup (125mL) butter, melted6 cups (1.5L) peeled and sliced apples1/4 cup (50mL) Smucker's® Butterscotch Flavoured Topping, warmed
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9 x 13 (23cm x 33cm) pan with no-stick cooking spray. 2. Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl until crumbly. Mix in apples and spread evenly in prepared pan. 3. Bake 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with warm butterscotch topping and serve immediately.
