Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Freezing : excellent
Makes: 40 small meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb (500 g) ground beef, pork, chicken or turkey
1 egg
1/2 cup (125 mL) Robin Hood® or Old Mill® Oats
2 tbsp (30 mL) onion soup mix
2 tbsp (30 mL) Crisco® Canola or Vegetable Oil
1 cup (250 mL) Crazy For Glaze
1/4 cup (50 mL) chicken or beef stock

Note:

1. Serve this with rice for a main course.
2. To serve as an appetizer, pile the meatballs on a platter with the skewers coming out at all angles.
