Fruit Bruschetta

Serve up a tasty twist in the morning with some flavourful Fruit Bruschetta. Simple and quick, your kids will love this creative take on the Italian classic. A fun treat that’s deliciously different and perfect for little ones.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Makes: 8 slices

Ingredients:

2 tbsp (30 mL) Smucker’s® No Sugar Added Wild Blueberry Fruit and concentrated White Grape Juice Spread
1/2 cup (125 mL) cantaloupe, chopped
2 strawberries, chopped
1/4 cup (50 mL) mango, chopped
8 baguette slices, toasted
1/4 cup (50 mL) cream cheese

Directions:

1. Mix fruit spread and fruit. Spread baguette slices with cream cheese then spoon mixture on top.
