Orange, Apricot & Mango Smoothies

The pineapple, banana, orange juice blend in this smoothie enhances the flavour of the mango. Be sure to use frozen mangos.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Makes: 4 smoothies (3/4 cup/175 mL)

Ingredients:

1 cup (250 mL) Oasis® Health Break Pineapple, Banana, Orange juice blend with fibre
1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt (1% m.f.)
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) frozen mango
1/4 cup (50 mL) Smucker’s® Pure Apricot Jam

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and process on high speed until smooth.

Note:

1. If you like a sweeter smoothie, add a little more jam to taste.
2. Smoothies add zing to your breakfast when made with natural ingredients like 100% fruit juice. Tasty goodness in a glass!
