Here is a delightfully fresh way to start your day – and kids will love helping to make it with you! Combine frozen peach slices with evaporated milk, peach nectar, sliced banana, apricot jam and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, garnish with a skewered peach slice and breakfast is served!
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) frozen peaches1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Carnation® Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk1 1/2 cups (375 mL) apricot or peach nectar or orange juice1 banana, cut in pieces1/4 cup (50 mL) Smuckers® Apricot Jam1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extractGarnish: Fresh mint leaves Peach slices
1. In a blender, combine peach slices, evaporated milk, nectar, banana, jam and vanilla. Pulse and then process on high speed until smooth.2. Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and a skewered peach slice.
