Purple Fruit Smoothie

On your way to an early morning hockey practice or in a hurry for work? This smoothie can be whipped up in a flash. Enjoy it in a travel mug and you’ve got breakfast on the go!

Prep Time: 3 minutes
Freezing : not recommended
Makes: 1 cup (250mL)

Ingredients:

¼ cup (50mL) plain low fat yogurt
2 tbsp (30mL) Smucker’s® Wildberry No Sugar Added Fruit and Concentrated White Grape Juice Spread
¼ cup (50mL) frozen or fresh mixed berries
½ cup (125mL) milk
1 tbsp (15mL) oats

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Thin with additional milk if desired.
