This banana and strawberry smoothie makes for a quick and simple breakfast! In a blender, combine ingredients until smooth. Pour into a travel mug, grab a straw and go!
1 can (370 mL) Carnation® Fat Free Evaporated Skim Milk1/2 cup (125 mL) Oasis® Premium Orange Juice1 banana1/3 cup (75 mL) Smucker's® Pure Strawberry Jam1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen or fresh strawberries, sliced2 tbsp (30 mL) Robin Hood® Old Mill® Oats
1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Thin with additional orange juice if desired. Enjoy immediately.
I don't like the carnation milk in the smoothie not so sure on the rolled oats. Love the idea about the fresh fruit and orange juice. I make smoothies quite a bit actually and I put yogurt and when possible flax seed.
