Strawberry Iced Tea

Strawberry Iced Tea

This refreshingly good iced tea features the fresh taste of strawberries and is a cinch to make! In a pitcher, combine iced tea, strawberry syrup, lemon juice, soda water, sliced strawberries and sliced lemons. Stir and refrigerate. To serve, pour over ice. And enjoy.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Freezing : not recommended
Makes: 7 cups (1.75L)

Ingredients:

4 cups (1L) sweetened, prepared iced tea
½ cup (125mL) Smucker’s® Sundae Syrup™ Strawberry Flavoured Syrup
¼ cup (50mL) lemon juice, or to taste
2 cups (500mL) soda water
4 strawberries, sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Ice and additional fruit for garnish

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in large pitcher. Serve.

TEA BAGS IN A LARGE JAR OF FRESH, COLD WATER;COVER;SET IN THE SUN.THIS IS THEE ULTIMATE-TASTING TEA FORR THE ICE-TEA BASE. WITH THE PRICE OF LEMONS SO HIGH IN CANADA...EXTRA SLICES CAN BE FROZEN IN FREEZER BAGS. I HAVE A SPEARMINT PLANT AND USE THOSE LEAVES, TOO.
