A sweet and tangy sauce does double duty as a glaze and dipping sauce in this juicy pork recipe. Great on the barbecue, too!
1/2 cup (125 mL) Mustard Gone Wild2 tbsp (30 mL) balsamic vinegar1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce1 1/2 lb (750 g) pork tenderloin
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Place rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.2. Combine Mustard Gone Wild, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Coat pork with half of the sauce and set the other half aside. Place the pork on prepared rack.3. Roast in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160ºF (71ºC).4. Remove pork from oven and let rest covered with foil for 10 minutes. Slice pork and serve with reserved half of sauce.
1. This glaze can also be used for pork chops and chicken.
