Yummy Breakfast Paninis

Warm up your breakfast routine with these quick and easy paninis. Make them in just five minutes and you’ve got a delicious way to start the day!

Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 2 minutes

Makes: 1 sandwich

Ingredients:

1 tbsp (15 mL) Smucker’s® Pure Raspberry Jam
1 Ciabatta bun, sliced in half, or two slices of firm bread
1 oz (28 g) Brie cheese
1 tsp (5 mL) Gay Lea® Spreadables® Butter

Directions:

1. Spread jam on each half of the bun. Cover one half with cheese and top with other half. Spread 1 side of bun with butter.
2. Place sandwich on hot Panini grill or in frying pan, butter side down. Carefully spread top side with butter. Press on grill or cook in frying pan (pressing down with a spatula) and flip after 1 minute. Cook until bun is crispy and cheese melts.

Note:

1. Fuel your kids with these paninis. Try Smucker’s® Pure Strawberry Jam with cheddar cheese.
2. Time saver - Pre-assemble the sandwiches the night before while making lunches.
3. Grab a Nordica® Single Serve Cottage Cheese before you leave the house. A great way to add protein on the go!
