French Toast Fruit Kabobs with dip

Ingredients

  • French Toast:
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) butter
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Egg Creations™ Cinnamon French Toast Blend
  • Fruit of your choice
  • 4 skewers
  • Dip:
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) Greek style yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Smucker’s® Double Fruit® Raspberry Fruit Spread

Directions

    French Toast:
  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Dip both sides of bread in Egg Creations™ Cinnamon French Toast Blend and fry on both sides until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Carefully cut into strips and thread strips on skewers alternating with fruit.
