Mini Blueberry Tarts

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (750mL) 3 cups of prepared vanilla pudding
  • 1/3 cup (75mL) Smucker’s Pure Blueberry Jam
  • 2 tbsp (30mL) lemon juice
  • 2 tsp (10mL) lemon zest
  • 12 mini tart shells (2 ½”/6cm), baked and cooled
  • Whipped cream for garnish, optional

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl. Spoon into prepared tart shells. Chill 2 hours and garnish with whipped cream, if using.
