Strawberry, Blue Cheese Belgian Endive




Tuck rich, creamy blue cheese, sweet strawberries, and hot jalapeño into Belgian endive for a flavour-packed appetizer. Heat blue cheese and cream cheese in the microwave about 1 minute, until heated through to soften. Remove and whisk in milk until smooth. Let it cool. When ready, spoon cheese mixture into endive leaves and top with Smucker's Pure Strawberry Jam and jalapeño slices.
