  • 1 cup (250 mL) skim milk
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sugar-free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Smucker's® No Sugar Added Blueberry Fruit and Concentrated White Grape Juice Spread
  • 1 cup (250 mL) diet sugar-free lemon-lime soda
  • Mint leaves to garnish, optional


  1. In a blender, combine blueberry spread with all ingredients except mint. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with mint if desired.
