Choco-Berry Float

Ingredients
- 5 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup (250 mL) fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) Smucker's® Sundae Syrup™ Chocolate Flavoured Syrup
- 1 cup (250 mL) soda, cold
- Fresh strawberries to garnish, optional
Directions
- Mix 1 scoop of ice cream, strawberries, milk and syrup in blender for approximately 2 minutes, until smooth.
- Pour 2 tbsp (30 mL) of strawberry-chocolate mixture into the bottom of 2 tall soda glasses.
- Place one scoop of ice cream in each glass and cover with half of the remaining strawberry-chocolate mixture. Repeat with the second scoop of ice cream and the rest of the strawberry-chocolate mixture.
- Top up with soda. Garnish with fresh berry if desired. Serve immediately.
Tips
- For a lower fat version use skim milk and low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt.
