Ingredients
- 1 tsp (5 mL) butter
- 1 (61 g) large whole wheat tortilla
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Smucker’s Pure Strawberry Jam
- ⅓ cup (75 mL) cheddar cheese, shredded
- cinnamon and sliced almonds (optional)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) mixed berries
- Fruity Jam Salsa
- 1 cup (250 mL) mixed fruit
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Smucker’s Pure Strawberry Jam
Directions
- Melt butter in skillet over high heat.
- Spread tortilla with jam and top with cheese, cinnamon and almonds.
- Place in skillet and cook until cheese melts.
- Sprinkle bottom half with berries and fold top half over. Cook 20 seconds.
- Remove and let sit 30 seconds.

Slice into triangles and serve with Fruity Jam Salsa.
Fruity Jam Salsa
- Combine ingredients in small bowl. Serve as a dip with quesadillas.
