  • 1 whole wheat bagel, sliced
  • 2 tbsp (30mL) Smucker’s Pure Cherry Jam
  • 2 tbsp (30mL) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ apple, thinly sliced
  • Cinnamon, optional


  1. Toast bagel, spread with jam and top with apple slices and cheese. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
