Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 box (510g) yellow cake mix
- 2/3 cup (150mL) Robin Hood® Quick Oats
- 2/3 cup (150mL) chopped toasted pecans
- 2 tsp (10mL) cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (125mL) butter, melted
- 6 cups (1.5L) peeled and sliced apples
- 1/4 cup (50mL) Smucker's® Butterscotch Flavoured Topping, warmed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9 x 13 (23cm x 33cm) pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl until crumbly. Mix in apples and spread evenly in prepared pan.
- Bake 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with warm butterscotch topping and serve immediately.
