Flower Pot Sundae

  • 1 bottle (205 g) Smucker's® Magic Shell® Chocolate Flavoured Topping
  • 8 ice cream cones
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) decorative coloured sprinkles, optional
  • 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups (500 mL) crushed cookie crumbs
  • 8 coloured lollipops
  • 8 spearmint leaf candies, cut horizontally


  1. Shake well and pour chocolate flavoured topping into a small bowl.
  2. With a small dry pastry brush, thinly and evenly coat the outside of the top half of each ice cream cone. If desired, decorate chocolate with coloured sprinkles. Chill in freezer for 2-3 minutes, until chocolate hardens on cone.
  3. Remove from freezer and scoop ice cream into cones. Spoon 1 tbsp (15 mL) chocolate flavoured topping over ice cream. Sprinkle with crushed cookie crumbs before chocolate hardens.
  4. Place 1 lollipop in centre of each ice cream flower. Place 1 spearmint leaf half on either side. Serve immediately.
