Magic Shell Sundae

  • 1 bottle (205 g) Smucker's Magic Shell Chocolate Flavoured Topping
  • 6-8 baking cups
  • 6-8 scoops of ice cream of choice
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Smucker's ice cream topping of choice
  • 1 cup (250 mL) whipped (35%) cream
  • Toppings (optional) maraschino cherries, chocolate or coloured sprinkles, crushed candies or cookies of choice


  1. Shake well and pour chocolate flavoured topping into a small bowl.
  2. With a small dry pastry brush, thinly and evenly coat chocolate flavoured topping on the inside pleated surface and the bottom of the baking cups. Chill in freezer for 3-4 minutes to harden. Coat and freeze each cup at least three more times. Once shells are completely hardened, remove from freezer and remove baking cup.
  3. Place one scoop of ice cream into each chocolate cup. Top with ice cream topping of choice and whipped cream. Garnish if desired.
