Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500 g) ground beef, pork, chicken or turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Robin Hood® or Old Mill® Oats
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) onion soup mix

  • 1 cup (250 mL) Crazy For Glaze
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) chicken or beef stock

Tips

  2. To serve as an appetizer, pile the meatballs on a platter with the skewers coming out at all angles.
  3. Use ready-made frozen meatballs for a quick alternative
