Baked Mac’n Cheese Sundaes

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup (250 mL) Smucker’s® Sundae Syrup™ Caramel Flavoured Syrup
- 2 cups (500 mL) crispy chow mein noodles
- ¼ cup (50 mL) graham cracker crumbs
Directions
- Place ½ cup (125 mL) of ice cream in each of 4 (6 oz / 175 mL) ramekins.
- Drizzle ice cream with ½ of syrup.
- Break the chow mein noodles into small macaroni-size pieces.
- Mix remaining syrup with chow mein noodles.
- Place chow mein noodles on top of ice cream and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Serve.
Tips
- For easier handling, remove ice cream from freezer 5 minutes prior to using.
