Ingredients
- 2 cups (500mL) whipping cream
- 1 tbsp (15mL) Folgers® Instant Coffee Granules
- ½ cup (125mL) Smucker’s® Chocolate Flavoured Topping or Smucker’s Sundae Syrup™ Chocolate Flavoured Syrup
- 1 9” (23cm) prepared chocolate cookie pie shell
- Garnish:
- Smucker’s Sundae Syrup™ Chocolate Flavoured Syrup, chocolate shavings and cinnamon, optional
Directions
- Combine whipping cream, coffee and chocolate flavoured topping in bowl of electric mixer, until coffee dissolves.
- Chill for 30 minutes.
- Remove from fridge and whip until soft peaks form. Pour into pie shell and freeze, at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with syrup, chocolate shavings and cinnamon.
