Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 mL) chocolate ice cream
- 8 lady finger cookies (7 g each)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) shredded coconut, toasted
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Smucker’s® Sundae Syrup™ Strawberry Flavoured Syrup
- Sliced black and red licorice (optional)
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) whipped cream (optional)
Directions
- Shape ice cream into 8 mini hot dogs and place in lady fingers.
- Garnish with coconut, syrup and optional remaining toppings.
Tips
- Form ice cream into hot dog shapes and freeze covered on a parchment lined baking sheet. Assemble when ready to decorate.
