Ingredients
- ¼ cup (50mL) Robin Hood® Oats
- 1 tbsp (15mL) brown sugar
- 1 tbsp (15mL) melted butter
- ½ tsp (2mL) cinnamon
- 1 cup (250mL) mixed fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
- 1 tbsp (15mL) Smucker’s® Sundae Syrup™ Strawberry Flavoured Syrup
- 1 scoop (1/2 cup/125mL) vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.
- Combine fruit and strawberry syrup in small bowl.
- Place ice cream in serving dish and top with fruit mixture, crumble mixture, whipped cream and strawberry syrup.
