The Classic Canadian Fruit Pie Sundae

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (50mL) Robin Hood® Oats
  • 1 tbsp (15mL) brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15mL) melted butter
  • ½ tsp (2mL) cinnamon
  • 1 cup (250mL) mixed fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp (15mL) Smucker’s® Sundae Syrup™ Strawberry Flavoured Syrup
  • 1 scoop (1/2 cup/125mL) vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Combine fruit and strawberry syrup in small bowl.
  3. Place ice cream in serving dish and top with fruit mixture, crumble mixture, whipped cream and strawberry syrup.
