Warm Brownie Sundae

  • 1 pkg. (440 g) chocolate brownie mix
  • 1 cup (250 mL) toasted pecan halves
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Smucker’s® Microwaveable Caramel Flavoured  Topping
  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Smucker’s Microwaveable Hot Fudge Topping


  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions. Divide the batter between six greased jumbo muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Warm the caramel topping in the microwave according to package directions; stir half into the pecans.
  3. Place each brownie on a serving plate. Spoon the pecan mixture over the brownies.
  4. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  5. Warm the hot fudge topping according to package directions and drizzle over the sundaes.


  1. To make smaller brownies, bake the batter in twelve standard muffin tins for 15 minutes. Use 12 small scoops of ice cream.
