Ingredients
- Salad
- 6 cups (1.2L) baby salad greens
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Orange Vinaigrette (recipe follows)
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) toasted pecans
- Orange Vinaigrette
- 1 jar (310mL) Smucker’s® No Sugar Added Orange Fruit and Concentrated White Grape Juice Spread
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) Dijon mustard
- 3/4 tsp (3 mL) freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup (125-175 mL) water

Salad
- Combine greens, onions and desired amount of vinaigrette in medium sized bowl. Arrange on serving platter and garnish with blue cheese and pecans. Serve immediately. Orange Vinaigrette
- Combine first 4 ingredients in medium sized bowl. Gradually whisk in olive oil then ½ cup (125mL) water. Continue whisking until smoothly blended. Add additional ¼ cup (50mL) water if a thinner consistency is desired.
