All Purpose Sweet & Sour Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Smucker's® Pure Strawberry Jelly or Apricot Jam
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
  • 2-3 tsp (10-15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) wine vinegar

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve hot with roast beef, lamb, pork or poultry.
