Ingredients
- 3 cups (750mL) 3 cups of prepared vanilla pudding
- 1/3 cup (75mL) Smucker’s Pure Blueberry Jam
- 2 tbsp (30mL) lemon juice
- 2 tsp (10mL) lemon zest
- 12 mini tart shells (2 ½”/6cm), baked and cooled
- Whipped cream for garnish, optional
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl. Spoon into prepared tart shells. Chill 2 hours and garnish with whipped cream, if using.
