Hoisin Glazed Pork Tenderloin

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Crazy For Glaze
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) chicken stock, beef stock or water
  • 1 lb (500 g) pork tenderloin


  1. Slice pork into 1/4" (5 mm) slices.
  2. Combine Crazy For Glaze, hoisin sauce and stock in large bowl. Add pork and marinate for 30 minutes or up to 3 hours.
  3. Heat large non-stick skillet or wok over medium heat. Cook marinated pork for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep pork from burning.


  1. This recipe can also be made with chicken or shrimp. Serve with rice.
