Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Crazy For Glaze
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chicken stock, beef stock or water
- 1 lb (500 g) pork tenderloin
Directions
- Slice pork into 1/4" (5 mm) slices.
- Combine Crazy For Glaze, hoisin sauce and stock in large bowl. Add pork and marinate for 30 minutes or up to 3 hours.
- Heat large non-stick skillet or wok over medium heat. Cook marinated pork for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep pork from burning.
Tips
- This recipe can also be made with chicken or shrimp. Serve with rice.
