Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (50mL) plain low fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30mL) Smucker’s® Orchard Berry No Sugar Added Fruit and Concentrated White Grape Juice Spread
  • ¼ cup (50mL) frozen or fresh mixed berries
  • ½ cup (125mL) milk
  • 1 tbsp (15mL) Robin Hood® Oats

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Thin with additional milk if desired.
