Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (175 mL) water
  • ⅓ cup (75 mL) Robin Hood® Quick Oats
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) whole flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) wheat bran
  • 2-3 tbsp (30-45 mL) Smucker’s® No Sugar Added Blueberry Fruit and Concentrated White Grape Juice Spread
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high, 50-80 seconds or until desired consistency.
  3. Stir in fruit spread and berries, then garnish with additional berries and almonds, if desired.
