Peanut Butter and Jelly Sushi Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 bread slices
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) Smucker's® Pure Jam or Pure Jelly (pick your favourite)

Directions

  1. Remove crusts from bread. With a rolling pin, completely flatten bread.
  2. Spread 1 tbsp (15 mL) of peanut butter and 2 tsp (10 mL) of jam on each slice of bread.
  3. Roll each slice into a tight spiral. Cut each spiral into 4 pieces.

Tips

  1. Replace peanut butter with cream cheese.
