Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat English muffin, halved, and toasted
- 1 (21g/0.75oz) marble cheese stick
- 1 tbsp (15mL) Smucker’s® Double Fruit® Blueberry Fruit Spread
- 8 banana slices
Directions
- Cut each side of English muffin in half. Spread with fruit spread. Meanwhile, place cheese stick in centre of serving plate.
- Arrange 2 English muffin quarters on each side of cheese stick to resemble butterfly wings. Decorate wings with banana slices. Enjoy!
Tips
- These would also be great with mini pitas.
- Have your kids garnish the wings with whatever they like: raisins, shredded coconut, cut up fruit, etc.
