Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75mL) Robin Hood® Large Flake Oats
- 3/4 cup (175mL) water
- 2 tbsp (30mL) skim milk
- 2 tbsp (30mL) Smucker’s No Sugar Added Blueberry Fruit and Concentrated White Grape Juice Spread
- 1 tbsp (15mL) toasted unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 tsp (2mL) ground flax
- 1 tbsp (15mL) slivered almonds, optional
Directions
- Combine oats and water in large microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave uncovered on high for 1 minute 45 seconds. Remove.
- Stir in milk and remaining ingredients. Eat immediately.
Tips
- To toast coconut, spread about 1 cup (250mL) unsweetened coconut on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Toast at 375ºF (190ºC) for about 10 minutes, or until golden. Let cool and store in re-sealable bag at room temperature.
