  • ⅓ cup (75 mL) Robin Hood® Quick Oats
  • ¾ cup (175 mL) water
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Smucker’s® Pure Strawberry Jam
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) pumpkin seeds
  • milk (optional)


  1. Cook oats in water according to package directions.
  2. Combine cooked oats, jam, almonds and seeds. Add milk if desired.
