Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Smucker’s® Pure Apricot Jam
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter
- 3 cups (750 mL) Robin Hood® Oats
- 1 cup (250 mL) coarsely chopped cashews
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sunflower seeds
- 1 cup (250 mL) raisins
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) flax seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 ºF (180 ºC). Line a 15” x 10” jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Combine jam and butter in large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, until butter melts. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Press evenly into prepared pan, wetting hands so that mixture doesn’t stick.
- Bake in preheated oven 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Cut into bars.
