Double Fudge Brownie Sundae

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) cocoa powder
  • 1 cup (250 mL) dark brown sugar, packed
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 bottle (334 ml) Smucker’s® Microwaveable Hot Fudge Topping (heated according to directions on bottle)
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • ice cream as desired

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
  2. Grease and flour a 9” x 13” (22 x 33 cm) pan.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and cocoa powder.
  4. Add remaining ingredients in order, one at a time, whisking just until smooth after each addition.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  6. Bake 20-25 min or until toothpick inserted in middle has moist crumbs adhering to it.
  7. Cool completely in pan.
  8. Cut into squares just before serving. Serve with ice cream and garnish as desired.
