Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) cocoa powder
- 1 cup (250 mL) dark brown sugar, packed
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 bottle (334 ml) Smucker’s® Microwaveable Hot Fudge Topping (heated according to directions on bottle)
- 1 cup (250 mL) Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
- ice cream as desired
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
- Grease and flour a 9” x 13” (22 x 33 cm) pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and cocoa powder.
- Add remaining ingredients in order, one at a time, whisking just until smooth after each addition.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake 20-25 min or until toothpick inserted in middle has moist crumbs adhering to it.
- Cool completely in pan.
- Cut into squares just before serving. Serve with ice cream and garnish as desired.
